If you’re someone who feels stuck in old emotional loops, burdened by chronic low mood, or disconnected from your sense of purpose, KAP may offer a different kind of opening. At Demystified Mental Health, I offer the therapeutic portion of KAP in collaboration with a licensed psychiatrist who prescribes low-dose ketamine lozenges for safe at-home use. With a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and an extensive blend of post-graduate training including brainspotting (phase 1 & 2), Somatic Experiencing, and generative somatics, I specialize in treating complex trauma with compassion and innovation.
