I’m Savannah.
As a therapist, I believe every person has an innate drive toward healing and self-discovery. My work is rooted in person-centered therapy and polyvagal theory, recognizing that our nervous systems are always trying to help us—even when their signals feel confusing or overwhelming. I weave together somatic practices and parts work, gently guiding you to reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner world.
I specialize in supporting transgender, queer, LGBTQIA+, autistic, and ADHD clients, as well as those who are intentionally child-free. I am polyamory- and kink-affirming, offering a safe, collaborative space for anyone seeking to explore identity, process trauma, or build a more trusting relationship with themselves.
Beyond my professional training, I bring my lived experience as a pansexual, autistic, ADHD, and intentionally child-free person. These parts of me shape the compassion, validation, and acceptance I offer in therapy.
At its heart, my work is about helping you create space for grounding, healing, and discovering what wholeness feels like for you. Whether you are exploring your identity, coping with intense emotions, or finding safety in a world that doesn’t always feel safe, I am here to walk alongside you.
Gender-Affirming Care Consults
In addition to therapy, Savannah provides gender-affirming care consults for clients seeking medical transition support. These sessions may include an evaluation and, when appropriate, a letter of support for hormone therapy, surgeries, or other gender-affirming treatments. Her process is respectful, validating, and guided by the belief that every person deserves access to care that reflects who they truly are.
Teens and Adults (18+)
Savannah offers individual therapy for older teens and adults seeking a space to explore themselves with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. Her approach blends somatic awareness, parts work, and nervous system understanding to help you deepen your relationship with your emotions, your body, and your story. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care—whether you’re navigating identity exploration, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply trying to feel more at home in yourself.
Sometimes the healing work you need doesn’t fit neatly into a traditional 50-minute session. Therapy intensives offer a longer, more focused space—typically 2–4 hours—to explore what’s been coming up in a deeper, more sustained way.
These extended sessions allow time to slow down, stay connected, and truly process what’s ready for attention. Savannah integrates somatic practices, parts work, and nervous system regulation to create a safe, grounded experience that meets you where you are.
Intensives are ideal for moments when you feel stuck in a familiar pattern, want to make meaningful progress in a shorter timeframe, or need space to process trauma, transitions, or identity work. Each intensive is intentionally structured around your goals and your body’s capacity, offering depth, containment, and care as you move toward integration and relief.
